Managing several Vinted accounts: organise your shops without losing track

18 August 2026 · 5 min read

Many volume sellers end up opening several wardrobes: a vintage account, a kids account, a sportswear account… Segmentation is a real strategy — provided the management keeps up. Here is how to structure a multi-shop setup that holds together.

1. Why split into several shops

  • Wardrobe consistency: a specialised profile (only vintage, only kids) attracts followers who come back — a catch-all wardrobe does not.
  • Algorithm: an account that sells regularly in one category gains visibility in that category.
  • Pricing: the same sweatshirt sells better surrounded by consistent pieces that justify its positioning.

2. The traps that come fast

From the second shop onwards, three problems appear: where is that piece? (stock is scattered), how much am I really earning? (numbers are dispersed), and what do I have to declare? (the turnover to declare is the total across all accounts, not just the main one). The spreadsheet that held up for one shop explodes with three.

Important reminder: for the tax authorities, your shops are one single business. The declaration covers the combined turnover of all your accounts — so you need a consolidated view, not three separate trackers.

3. The golden rules of multi-shop selling

  • One unique SKU per item, whatever the account: it is your internal reference, independent from Vinted.
  • Clean segmentation: each shop has its theme; an item never hesitates between two accounts.
  • Physical stock organised per shop: separate bins or rails, so you pack parcels without searching.
  • A single set of accounts: margins, costs and payouts of all shops in one place.

4. Consolidated tracking, the keystone

Multi-shop selling only works with an overview: how much each shop sells, what its margin is, which orders await shipping. That is precisely what a multi-account CRM brings: each shop synced separately, statistics per account, and a consolidated total for your declaration. You steer each storefront — and your activity remains one single business, with accurate numbers.
