Is it compliant for a PRO seller?
Yes. Fripilot generates compliant buyer invoices, computes social charges and margin VAT, and produces Excel exports ready for your accountant.
How do my sales get into Fripilot?
Two options: the browser extension (direct Vinted connection) or Gmail sync. You can also import the official Vinted export for figures accurate to the cent.
Can I manage several shops?
Yes, from the Starter plan. You tag each shop as “Business” (charges) or “Personal”, and Fripilot computes charges on the right accounts.
What about consignment?
Fripilot handles your consignors and their commission: the cost of their items is computed automatically, and you track what you owe and every payout.
How long does it take to get started?
Five minutes. Install the Fripilot Connect extension, open Vinted in that browser and paste your key: your sales history and wardrobe come in on their own, nothing to type.
What happens when the trial ends?
The 30-day trial unlocks the full Pro plan, no credit card. At the end, you pick your plan. If you don't, the account simply pauses: nothing is charged, and you pick up where you left off as soon as you subscribe.
Does Fripilot have access to my Vinted password?
Never. The extension reads, read-only, the data of your own already-logged-in Vinted session and sends it only to your Fripilot account. It publishes nothing, deletes nothing, and no data is sold or shared.
I sell outside France: is Fripilot for me?
Yes. The interface and extension come in six languages and work with Vinted shops in every European country. You set your company's country and VAT scheme (exemption, margin scheme, standard): the figures follow, and French social charges only appear for a company based in France.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, at any time, from your Settings, with no commitment or fees. You can also switch plans whenever you like, up or down.
