Terms of sale

1. The service

Fripilot is an online management tool (CRM) for Vinted sellers: sales synchronisation, bookkeeping, stock management, invoices, consignment management and analytics. It is supplied as a digital service through your web browser and the Fripilot Connect browser extension.

2. Plans and prices

Monthly subscriptions, prices including 20% UK VAT:

The features of each plan are detailed on the pricing page. A VAT invoice is issued for every payment.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a free trial (currently 30 days) with no payment card required. We email you before the trial ends. If you have not chosen a plan by the end of the trial, paid features are paused: nothing is charged and your data is kept.

4. Payment, renewal and price changes

Payments are processed by Stripe; Fripilot never stores your full card details. A subscription is charged when you subscribe and then automatically renews every month on the same date until you cancel. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change; the new price applies from the next renewal after that notice, and you may cancel before it applies.

5. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from your account (subscription management) or by emailing contact@fripilot.fr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid; paid features remain available until then.

6. Your statutory right to cancel (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the day you subscribe, without giving any reason (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). To exercise it, tell us clearly by email to contact@fripilot.fr (you may use the model cancellation form, but you do not have to).

By subscribing, you ask us to start the service immediately. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we refund what you paid within 14 days, minus a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time you told us you were cancelling. The refund is made with the payment method you used.

7. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the service must be supplied with reasonable care and skill, and digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If something is wrong, contact us and we will fix it or, where appropriate, give you a price reduction or refund.

8. Nature of the service

Fripilot is a management aid. Figures such as margins, tax estimates or profit are provided for information only and are not accounting, tax or legal advice: you remain responsible for your own declarations (for example to HMRC). Where relevant, consult a qualified accountant.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything that cannot be excluded or limited by law. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for decisions taken by third-party platforms (such as Vinted or eBay) about your accounts, except where caused by our own breach. If you use Fripilot for business purposes, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Complaints and disputes

Please send any complaint to contact@fripilot.fr: we reply within 5 working days and try to resolve every issue amicably. We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider and do not currently do so.

If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts (the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland). If you are a business customer, these terms are governed by French law and the French courts have jurisdiction.

Terms of use

1. Account

Using Fripilot requires an account (email and password). You must be at least 18, give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. The browser extension and Vinted

Sales and stock are synchronised through the Fripilot Connect extension, which reads, on your initiative and in read-only mode, the data of the Vinted shop you are already logged into in your browser. Fripilot never asks for your Vinted password.

Fripilot is not affiliated with or approved by Vinted. Vinted may consider the use of a third-party tool connected to an account to be contrary to its own terms and may restrict, suspend or close accounts. You remain responsible for complying with Vinted's terms and can disable the extension at any time from your browser.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the service, resell it, or automate requests beyond normal use. Fair-use limits apply.

4. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee that the service will never be interrupted (maintenance, third-party dependencies). The service evolves; we will not remove a core feature of your plan without telling you in advance, and you may cancel if a change is to your detriment.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account in case of serious or repeated breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach, we refund any prepaid period you have not used.
