The rule is simple and admits no exception: an unbroken chronological sequence. A mistake is corrected by a credit note, never by deletion. Fripilot manages the sequence itself, which removes the most common flaw in home-made invoice systems.
What the invoice contains
Your details and registration number, the buyer's, the item, the price, the date of supply, and the VAT wording matching your situation. You add your logo once; it appears on every invoice afterwards.
Sending, and its limits
When the buyer's address is available, the invoice goes out automatically by email. ⚠️ Worth knowing: Vinted only passes on the buyer's real address to business accounts. On a personal account the addresses are technical aliases — Fripilot detects them, does not attempt a doomed send, and keeps the invoice in your register.
Can I reissue an old invoice?
Yes, the whole register stays available and every invoice downloads again as an identical PDF.
What if I am not VAT registered?
The appropriate exemption wording is added automatically, and disappears as soon as you start charging VAT.
Does it work across several shops?
Yes, the option is enabled shop by shop, with different details if you invoice under several entities.
