The “Orders to process” page lists your sales to ship, across all your shops. Fripilot fetches the label for each order and you print the selection in one go, in the original format or cropped.
Cropped for thermal printers
Every carrier lays its label out differently. Fripilot isolates the label and fits it to the 4×6 in (100×150 mm) format of thermal label printers — without the A4 sheet of instructions around it. The item's #SKU reference is printed on the label: no more wrong parcel.
After shipping: tracking, pickup points and returns
The carrier is recognised automatically and each parcel keeps its tracking link. An alert tells you when a parcel is waiting at a pickup point or coming back to you: as long as it has not been sent back, a message to the buyer can still save the sale.
Do I need a thermal printer?
No. You can print in the original format on an ordinary printer. The 4×6 crop is for thermal label printers.
Does Fripilot buy or alter the label?
No. The label is the one Vinted generates for your sale. Fripilot fetches it, crops it for printing and archives it — nothing is changed on the Vinted side.
What if a label is missing?
Vinted sometimes takes a while to produce it. The order page flags it, and you can upload the PDF yourself: it then joins the bulk print.
